Return Policy

ONLINE & IN STORE RETURNS

You are welcome to return item in person within 7 days of receiving the purchasing or receiving your online purchase for store credit only. Your store credit will never expire and can be used both at Burlap Ranch Mercantile & Burlap Ranch Baby. Items MUST have all tags and be in its original condition. Any shoes that are purchased and sent back must be in its original box or else they will not be accepted. Items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be eligible for store credit. 

IF MAILING YOUR RETURN

We are sorry to hear your item didn't work out. If returning PLEASE do so within 7 business days upon receiving your order or we will not take it back. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. All items must have original tags in order to be exchanged or receive store credit.
